Alex is an extensively trained and experienced ICT Strategic Leader with in-depth knowledge directing multi-million-dollar ICT Programs and leading large enterprise IT Operations, and often engaged as the 'go to man' for critical projects or project recoveries. 

He is a certified Professional in Program Management, Project Management and IT Service Management and holds a Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) Certification with the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM).

Madhu is a Senior Consultant with 20 plus years of diversified experience in the Functional Testing of commercial software across multiple industries spanning Health Care, Higher Education, Retail, Banking, Insurance, Media.  He has implemented large scale solutions from the initial design, to concept phase, and through to final deployment of the code.

He has in-depth knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) processes with extensive experience in: Data migration, system component, system integration and interface, end-to-end system functional, compatibility, browser, digital, user acceptance, smoke, pre-production, and go-live testing.  Madhu is specialised in large scale technology transformation programs - green fields implementations, migrations, and upgrades of commercial off the shelf (COTS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Dan is a highly experienced process improvement professional with a strong background in business transformation in a dual sector university setting. He has successfully led large-scale process optimisation initiatives, ensuring efficiency, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with institutional goals.

With expertise in business process management, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realisation, Dan has played a pivotal role in major university projects, including the implementation of a Contact Centre System (Talkdesk) as well as enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne Finance, HR & Payroll. His work has contributed to enhanced student services, streamlined workflows, and improved organisational performance.

He is skilled in process modelling, impact analysis, and change management, driving digital transformation through innovation and collaboration. His ability to translate business needs into practical solutions ensures seamless adoption across the business.

Dan focuses on delivering measurable process improvements, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring projects achieve their intended outcomes.

Daniel is highly experienced in the justice sector, particularly in public sector project management and administration.  He is extensively skilled in Court and Tribunal processes and procedures.  He has held senior management roles including Project Lead, Lead Courts Subject Matter Expert, Northern Territory Sheriff, Assistant Director Magistrate Court Operations, Criminal Registrar and Tribunal Manager.  

He has led and participated in several projects, has a thorough understanding of modern strategic and operational issues affecting public sector institutions and business, and is dedicated to process improvement and improved outcomes.  He is a capable thinker and excellent problem solver.
